Tracy Morgan who is an American comedian was accused of launching an anti-gay tirade on a recent show Nashville. The comedian is seen saying that he would pull out a knife and stab his son if he were gay.
In a matter of time there was a Facebook post “Why I No Longer ‘Like’ Tracy Morgan — A Must Read,” the author wrote who was a big fan of Morgan’s since he was a cast member on Saturday Night Live and is gay, wrote that he was prepared for “a good ribbing of straight gay humor” but was surprised at what he claims the 30 Rock star said onstage.
Rogers and others who had attended the show and were forced to walk out felt that none of this rant was a joke. His entire demeanor changed during that portion of the night. He was truly filled with some hate towards the gays.
The Ryman Auditorium was forced to apologize to fans. They released a statement after the post garnered massive support.
A lot of people came out to insist that Tracy Morgan should apologize for his remark. The Truth wins out director of social media Evan Hurst called out Morgan to address the allegations.
According to The Huffington Post, Tracy Morgan has since apologized.
