Man gets to be a 110 by drinking a bottle of beer everyday

One of America’s oldest living men, aged 110, claims that a can of beer each day at 3 pm is the secret of his long life. He’s not suffering from Alzheimer’s , if you want to know. He can tell jokes and that’s as best proof as any.

A Mediterranean diet, regular exercise and a positive point of view in life. These factors usually associated with a long life.

To append to that list, “a daily can of beer” since beer could also be a component of an adult healthy lifestyle. Because it contains essential vitamins and antioxidants from the raw materials which can all contribute to a healthy diet. Research indicates that drinking beer in moderation has beneficial.

There is strong evidence to that, the Nebraska’s oldest living person and the oldest man living in the United States, Mark Behrends, a 110-year-old man, who put his longevity down to a regular intake of alcohol.

“He always told everybody the reason he has lived so long is drinking one can of beer, every day at 3 pm,” his daughter Lois Bassinger told the Omaha World-Herald. “He always joked that that was his medicine, since he takes very little medicine.”

Furthermore, a previous study of Spanish in 2011, declared that drinking a moderate amount of beer (which contains folic acid, vitamins, iron and calcium) could help cut the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure and even help people lose weight.

Men who drink one bottle of beer a day cut their risk of developing kidney stones by 40 per cent, according to the 1998 Finnish study.

    The best thing anyone can do is find a healthy diet you know you can stick to combined with a good exercise regime.

    I’m on the paleo diet myself and love it. I have lost a lot of weight and I feel much better with much more energy and positivity.

    there are many other ways one can lose weight , i came across this review and thought of testing it and to my wonder it does work and its easy to follow, here is that review, hope it helps you eat the right food and be in shape too
