The sleek and handsome-looking 2015 Mitsubishi ASX now boasts of 2.4-liter MIVEC engine and available in GT Premium/Touring Packages.
The Mitsubishi ASX which is also known as the Outlander Sport is now exclusively available in North America (United States and Canada) and it is beefed up with an new fangled 2.4-liter, four-cylinder MIVEC engine that could deliver up to 168 horsepower and torque of 226 N-m torque. Compared to its current precursor, the new vehicle receives an increase of 20 hp and 30 N-m of torque.
There will be two engine models of the ASX that will land in the region: the 2.4 ES and 2.4 GT. The flagship GT model is bolstered with more features like black bar in hte the front grille, black roof rails and LED turn indicators.
Underneath power driver’s seat, the car is built with leather-wrapped parking brake handle and aluminum pedals.
On the other end, the optional GT Premium Package boasts of a Rockford Fosgate sound system and a panoramic glass roof, whilst GT Touring Package brings in seven inches touch screen navigation system.
The CKD Mitsubishi ASX is available is available in two versions: the 2WD and 4WD and is run by the 4B11 2-liter, four-cylinder MIVEC engine with 150 horsepower and 197 N-m of torque. There is one optional transmission choice which is the INVECS-III CVT.
