If you have missed the epic comic series of The Legend of Zelda or would like to travel back in time to relish the good ole days or perhaps would like to get a taste of adventure that was enjoyed thoroughly in the past then consider yourself very fortunate.
After more than two decades “The Legend of Zelda” comics series – A Link to the Past – which had been created by prolific manga artist Shotaro Ishinomori will finally have an official re-release on 5/5/2015.
The new re-issue of the comics is expected to have few new storyline segments as well as it will be peppered with some new characters and twists to make it more interesting and enjoying.
Apart from the series running as standalone book for Nintendo Power subscribers its printed magazine issues have been in hiatus for more than 20 years already.
Viz Comics is poised to come up with the re-release of the series. On e-bay the original printings of the series would fetch from $40 up to $50.
Viz has already shown the new cover of the book and its release is slated on May 5, 2015 via a post on social network site Twitter.
This year is indeed a banner year for Zelda, since there are a lot of great things that are shaping up so far. On February, Zelda is out to receive a 3D remaster of Majora’s Mask in 3DS platform and highly anticipated Wii U entry in the series is bound to be release in the coming days.
It is still not yet announced whether or not there will be Wii entries in the Zelda series, like making Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword, available on the Wii U e-shop channel. It seems like the great games that were played many moons back will be summoned back to life once again, and there is high chance for this to materialize.
