Apple to launch new iPads and operating system on October 21

After the successful unveiling of its flagship smartphones iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus which rakes in record-setting pre-orders, the company is set to mesmerize the world again with the unveiling of its highly-touted new line of cutting edge iPads and a potential trendsetter OS on October 21.

Pouncing on the groundbreaking improvements in the technology, Apple is proud to showcase its sixth generation of its iPad and the third version of the iPad mini.

Aside from the iPad, technology giant Apple will also introduce the newest version of its Mac operating system on its highly anticipated event. The new OS will be dubbed as OS X Yosemite which has gone through comprehensive visual enhancements.

The iPad and iPad mini are expected to have screen panel display of 9.7 and 7.9 inches respectively.

The forthcoming launching of the iPads along with the new OS is very timely since the holiday season is drawing near and the company is aching to perform very well with its sales during the period.

Apple had so far sold 13.3 million iPads in the second quarter of this year which is short of the expert’s projection of 14 million.

As always, Apple will be on its dominant form again this coming October while its chief rivals are always on the wings finding ways to counter with their own novelties and innovations.
