Google’s Spice Android One Dream UNO Mi-498 set to pull the rug under from its competitors

Google will try to make its presence felt further in the smartphone category and test its mettle against the established and formidable mobile phone makers in the world such as Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Motorola and among others.

The internet technology behemoth is now just two days ahead of unleashing its latest offering which is the Spice Android One Dream UNO Mi-498 phone. The device is one of the three Android One OEM partners, mentioned at the Google IO conference in June.

Spice Android One Dream UNO Mi-498 which is expected to carry a price tag in the vicinity of $100 is clad with 4.5 inches IPS FWVGA (480x854p) display. The hardware components of the phone may not seem very innovative but still the phone is cinched to make good impressions in the software department.

The phone is run by a fast 1.3 GHz MediaTek quad-core processor, Mali-400 Megapixels graphics and 1 GB RAM. The phone is also peppered with 4 GB internal storage and a microSD card slot that can accommodate cards of up to 32 GB capacity. The phone also boasts of 10 GB Spice Cloud storage space and 35 GB Google Drive space. To top it all, Spice Android One Dream UNO runs the up to date Android 4.4.4 KitKat.

The features doesn’t stop from their as the phone is also equipped with a 5 Megapixels rear camera with LED flash and support for full-hi def video capture, and a 2 5 Megapixels front-facing camera. The phone has an impressive 1700 mAh battery and dual-sim Spice Android One phone that supports Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, Wi-Fi and A-GPS.

With the very reasonable price and impressive features mentioned above, Google is indeed ready for a head-on collision with the top guns in the smartphone segment.
